11 Years since I last stepped foot on this island and I was back again with a girlfriend whom I wanted to show as much as possible of Tokyo and the surrounding sights during our 3 week stay.

Expanding Tokyo by compacting trash and building upon it is pretty darn cool!

Favourite new spot in Tokyo, The newly built Minami-Ikebukuro park.

Spent many evenings here just sitting around with a beer and listening to the cicadas, pretty calming atmosphere and people just sitting around in the evening warmth.
